We look forward to your visit with us. Since we are a small cozy guesthouse with 12 rooms, it may be that the reception is not occupied on your arrival. A check in is possible at any time of day or night.
At the reception you will find your room key, a map, an info with the wifi password and restaurant recommendations.

We wish you a good and safe journey and we see you at the latest at breakfast in our breakfast café the next day. (7.30 am - 10.00 am.)
Please note that the deposit of your credit card details was only required to secure your reservation. The payment of the room is on site at the check out.
Why should I contact you via the inquiry / booking form?
If you enter your data and requests for stay via our inquiry form or booking form you will immediately receive an answer with an offer or a booking confirmation. You can also specify special requests, which we will gladly fulfill according to availability.We try to answer emails within 24 hours
Do I need a credit card for the booking?
No, we also accept online bookings without having to disclose your credit card details on our website. Booking portals will ask you to provide your credit card details.
How can I pay my bill?
We accept cash, debit cards, Visa and Mastercard. A cash machine is located about 200 meters from the house at the Sparkasse or Raiffeisenbank. Please note that we do not charge your credit card and you can pay at the breakfast café before leaving.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
No. As already mentioned, we are uncomplicated. ;)
But please note our cancellation policy.
Pets and costs.
Pets are allowed with us. We charge for small pets up to 10 kg € 5, - per night, and for larger pets from 10 kg € 10, - per night. This surcharge is to be understood as a cleaning fee for the additional cleaning effort.

Unfortunately I can not arrive. Do I have to expect cancellation fees?
You can cancel your room free of charge up to 5 days before departure. For all bookings that are canceled later or not at all, we charge the first night of the booking. Please note that this rule applies to direct bookings on our website. When booking through travel agents such as Expedia or HRS, the respective cancellation conditions of the agents apply.
You also have the option to take out a travel cancellation insurance during the booking process. We like to use this opportunity for our private trips, as we had to cancel several times unfortunately our holiday. This saved us a lot of cancellation fees.
I do not arrive until late in the evening. Can I still get my room?
In case of a later arrival, we ask you to inform us of your approximate arrival time at the latest on the day of arrival, but also earlier. We will then deposit the room key at an agreed place and you can check in at any time.
I am hungry from the long journey. Where can I get something to eat?
No problem, you will find a chest of restaurant recommendations and menus as well as flyers from the restaurants nearby at our Check In Bar on the 1st floor, and we'll be happy to give you some great tips.
I'm looking forward to breakfast all night - when are we starting?
Our breakfast buffet is set up from half past eight until 10 o'clock in the morning and during this time you can have breakfast to your heart's content.
If you have to leave earlier, we ask you for a message, we are happy to prepare you an early bird breakfast from 6.30o'clock.
Alpinstudio final cleaning
For our double rooms and junior suites, room cleaning is included in the price. In our alpine studio there is a kitchen, so we charge extra a final cleaning fee of € 30, -. You will be notified at the time of booking.
